Our mission is to support event planners by providing resources, guidance, and funding strategies that lower or eliminate fees at community gatherings. Located in Cochrane, we are passionate about building connections and fostering inclusivity. Through collaboration, we help create vibrant events that bring people together, enriching our community one event at a time.

General Rules 

  • Open to for profit or non-profit organizations.

  •  Profit: Funds shall be used to reduce or eliminate admission fees

  •  Non-profit: Funds shall be used to reduce expenses of event and/or reduce or eliminate admission fees.

  • Funds must be used for intended purposes. 

  • If event is cancelled or fails to be presented, funds shall be returned.

  • Events should be aimed at a mixed audience.

  • Financial report is required by 30 days after the event. Please include pictures of the event and proof of CAES being acknowledged.
