Transportation and Parking

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO parking available near Mitford Park. Seriously, none. You will get frustrated if you try to drive to the park because you will be turned away. Please save us all the headache and use one of the following methods to get to the event:

Shuttles -  See graphics above for Southland and COLT shuttle pick up locations and approx times. COLT buses can accommodate wheelchairs. Both shuttles can support wagons/strollers if they fold up.

Parking lots with easy access:

  • Bow Valley Baptist Church (walkable & shuttle)

  • Riverfront Park (walkable)

  • SLS Centre (shuttle)

  • Parking lot next to Cochrane Library (shuttle)

Drop Off Zone - There is an enforced drop off zone near the skate park this year. Vehicles must enter onto West Rock Road from Westside Drive to access the drop off zone (see map). If you come onto West Rock Road from Highway 22 you will not be able to stop. This area is monitored and enforced by Security and Bylaw to ensure the safety of all.

  • Ride your bike - There will be bike valet parking courtesy of Bike Cochrane so bring your bike locks

  • Bird Scooters - Jump on one of the new scooters and ride along the river.

Handicap Parking - There is very limited handicap parking available at Mitford Park. Your blue placard must be visible upon approach to the Security tent.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we ensure the safety of everyone at this event!
